Customers may be eligible for a refund if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of service booked.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the trip or after the trip has started are non-refundable.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided after deducting service charges, driver allowance, or any expenses already incurred.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
If Daksh Tour & Travels cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup location and time, no refund will be issued.
Any payment gateway or transaction charges may be non-refundable and deducted from the refund amount.
